How play .VOB (DVD Video) files?

I copied an entire DVD disc to my hard drive (only temporarily, it's huge!) so I can watch it on the road w/o hauling the disc with me, but I can't figure out a way to play the .VOB files, which is where the video information is stored.

On Windows, you just doublie click and it plays perfectly in the Windows Media Player. How does one go about doing this on Mac? I tried Quicktime Player, but it didn't work.

Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.

There is a patch to the Apple DVD Player 2.2 that allows it to play files from the hard-drive. It is NOT an Apple patch/upgrade. Can't remember what it's called but I'd do a "DVD region free hack" search on Google. Oh just remembered, try this:
