Adding menus to VCDs

Im already using Toast 5 to make VCDs of the iMovies that I do is a lot cheaper than having to buy a DVD burner, but I have a problem I want to add menus to the VCDs. Is there any software that would allow me to do this on the Mac? The funny thing is that Easy CD creator on the PC does allow you to add menus to the VCDs but Adaptec forgot to add that feature on Toast!!!.

Any help would be great.
