Hi

I have a movie that was exported from iMovie 1.0 into Quicktime. The movie is fine, except that it is about 40MB big. I have Media Cleaner Pro 4.0.2 and tried compressing it. It produced a 9+MB file, which is good.

The problem is: the video's images are very blurred. For instance, I added text to the movie and it came out clear in the Quicktime 40MB file. But after compressing with MCP (using Quicktime (med) setting), I could barely make out the words. I tried changing some settings (image smoothing, frame rate, resolution, size) but nothing worked. I'm using Sorenson Video Dev 2.10.304 extension.

Can anyone help with this please? I'd really like to compress the huge file because I wanna put my movie up on the web. Thanks!

Yuhui
