Recommend a In/Out Video Card?

I've upgraded to one of the newer G4 machines, and I'd like to add a video card which supports video in and out to it, so I can continue with my video editing hobby. S-VHS would be nice, but the regular Video-Audio L-Audio R would be OK, too.

I'm looking for a card which is in the middle of the price/performance range. Is there anything out there for around $200-250 that you have worked with and consider decent? I'd appreciate links, reviews, etc.
