I'm trying to use Media Cleaner Pro 5 to do some work with some RealMedia video files, but whenever I try to open one I get an error message saying that it can't open the file. This happens when I run it through classic in X as well as when I run it in OS 9.1. Is it possible that I am missing files necessary for it to read RealMedia?

Cleaner 5 won't let you edit .rm files, and as far as I know there are no programs that will allow you to take a RealMedia file and convert it into something else. RealProducer has a utility called RMEdit which will let you cut parts from a RealMedia file to shorten it, but not edit the content.

Hope this make sense.

Mike
