Everytime I open a url to a mpeg,the film starts,and after a while,sometimes direct,sometimes near the end,it stops and crashes my system.This happens in QT4 and now in QT5 too
Should I direct more memory to QT,and how much,if yes?
Are there any known extensions conflicts that caushes this???
I don't dare to open mpeg's anymore,because I'm sure to restart after them????

give us an idea of your system specs (processor, ram, os, etc..)

and is this all happening on a specific site? (perhaps related to the MPEGs they create)

Oops,sorry.
iMac 400 dv,320mb,OS 9.1.
This happens mostly at "homemade" mpegs,the official OT-site,movietrailers and TV,or whatever,is running OK.
