I always figured a G3 wouldn't be the best thing to run FCP3 on. Since the new iMac is G4 the only limiations I think of would be the monitor/resulotion size. Will 15" at 1024x768 be enough for Final Cut Pro?

Yes, it will, people used FCP 2 on pismo Powerbook laptops in the field. Some instructors at Macworld NY last year were happy using the G3 500 iBook for FCP2. FCP 3 should look okay on the 1024x768 screen.

Although, more is always better!
