your best bet is old CD-ROMs. check your old software disks, and freebies from magazines you may have laying around. (we all seem to.)
I would like to make the case for buying Quicktime Pro. It's good.
(hey, I'm not a lawyer, so my cases are weak.)
But seriously, it is cheep, and Apple hasn't charged for an upgrade yet. why not just drop them the US $30 and you'll be on your way.
