I bought an iBook and it's been a great machine for my daily use. Today, I installed the new version of QT(5.0.1, I believe) and tried to watch the keynote of Steve Jobs when he announced the iBook on 1 May. Anyway, for some reason, everytime I press on the "Watch Now" button, a new window appears with the QT logo but the Real Player pops up on the screen also which makes QT not work. I tried Movie Trailers on Apple's website and everything else seems to work okay. Even Tokyo keynote seems to work perfectly too.

Since I am looking forward to watch Job's keynote in NY, I want this to work perfectly. Can someone help me how to get this thing to work?

Go to the Advanced tab of your 'Internet 'Control Panel , and select the File Mapping icon on the left side of the window. Next select QuickTime as the app that plays all the movie formats you require...

Alternatively, reinstalling QuickTime 5 may reset all these parameters to default (i.e. to QuickTime...).

Hope this fixes it.
