I'm going through the process of converting some old records to CDs. Once I've recorded the audio into the computer, there are a lot of clicks and pops from some of the records that were in worse shape. Is there some kind of a digital filter like Dolby noise reduction that I can run the files through?

I have Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools Free, and I have a friend with the full version of Pro Tools and DigiDesign hardware. Are there any kind of filter plugins for any of those programs?

I'd prefer something free, but I'm willing to pay a little bit if there's a filter that will do what I want.
