Annoying line at bottom of VHS->DV transfer

Any idea how I can center the video when i transfer foootage in from a VCR? It tends to "ride up" a lot. thoughts?

If you are going to export the finished video back to tape (or vcd) for play on a TV, don't worry about it. TVs cut off anywhere from a half to several inches (depending on the size of the set) so you won't see it.

Next time you are importing video have it play on both the TV and iMovie import window - you'll see that there is a lot of the picture that the TV is cutting off on all sides.
