I'm currently considering transferring all of my Vinyl to MP3 format and have seen a number of PC apps which remove noise (scratches, dirt etc.) from the imported file, however I can;t seem to find any info on something similar for the Mac. I was thinking of something like Spark or similar but frankly I can't find any info on which plug-ins to use (if any) for this task. I seem to remember there was something called RayGun for VST a while back but can't remember if it did what I need or not. An OSX app would be fantastic but 9.X would do too.....

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Thanks!
