How do i make a sound set for my mac?

How in the world do i make a soundset for my mac? im running mac OS 9.1.4 on a 350 iMac, and it would be appreciated if someone could give me a link, or tell me how.

I'll assume you mean 9.04.
The way I do it is gather the sounds you want, download a sound theme, and using ResEdit, paste your sounds over the ones in the theme you downloaded.
Know what I mean?
