I burned a videoCD, and can play in a commercial machine, but it cannot play in my "new iMac"? What gives? Is the iMac 800 with the Super drive not comparable with video CD? I burned the VCD in Toast.

Mac support for VCD is sketchy. If you have OS X, it's nearly non-existent.

Try here: http://www.mireth.com/pub/mxme.html for OS X stuff or here http://www.mireth.com/pub/mvme.html for OS 9. They cost money.

In OS 9, the standard Quicktime player will play VCDs. Go here for instructions: http://www.moviemac.com/articles/pla...quicktime.html
