Does anybody know of any mac programs converting mpeg, avi, mov to play on vcd?

toast titanium will do it. drag-and-drop the file(s) onto its window and it will let you do it. I haven't tested it all the way, however, b/c someone has borrowed my burner.

qt pro will let you convert these files to dv stream, at which point you could import into imovie, edit and all, then export (using the toast titanium plugin) to VCD (actually, it will encode then toast will pop up all ready to burn to cd).
