Hi All,

itunes2 lists the track time column as "Not Available" for my mp3 files. These files were not encoded with itunes but I don't know why that should be a problem. I say this because Quicktime is able to correctly tell how long the song is. Since itunes2 cannot compute the time, it is also unable to rewind or fast-forward a song. I am quite dissapointed with itunes considering this is the most basic thing that a mp3 player should be able to do.

Has anybody else noticed this problem?

Thanks,

S.r.

I have not encountered this problem, but can offer this piece of advice:
Just reinstall it and see if your problem gets corrected.
