What is the best PC base software to create VR? Please refrain from saying "get a mac" in this case it is not an option.

VRWorx, VRPanoWorx, VRObjectWorx are PC/Mac based QTVR authoring programs. They are therefore ideal for cross-platform development. For Demos:
