Howdy, I’ve had quicktime pro for some time and just downloaded 4.1. It requests a key. I use the key that came with Pro as directed only they say it not the right one.
The key was emailed to me, and I copy & pasted it as per instruction.

Is there any way short of sitting on the phone for hours, to overcome this key problem.

Empty spaces are also recognised! You may have accidentally picked up a "space" at the beginning or end when you cut and pasted!
