I have iTunes set up with four net radio stations in my Library. Now I want to make one huge Playlist with my more than 200 MP3 files, but I noticed that when I import the MP3s into my Playlist they are also added to my Library. This is too confusing to me as I really only want my net radio stations in the Library. Is there a way around having all the songs in my Playlist end up also in the Library?

Your library holds everything (ergo "library"). Instead of using your library for your 4 streams, just create a playlist called "Streams" or something and drop your FM stations in it. Then create a separate playlist for your mp3's. The library will still contain everything, but when you click on your "Streams" playlist, all you'll see are the streams. Simple, no?

Now the real question. How do you move your mp3s to a new hard drive (on the same computer) and get iTunes to recognize the move? Aliases don't seem to work and I'll be damned if I'm going to redirect 150 songs individually.[/LIST]
