I say Apple is missing out on a big opportunity for a real QT TV, especially when Media Fusion starts connecting people at 2.5 GB/sec all over the world. QT still doesn't stream Fox news live, there are only a handful of live streaming channels, and QT doesn't distinquish Live channels from plain ole web connection to pre-recorded videos.

If I was heading up QT strategies, I would say, "look Steve, we need to start investing in partnerships to stream all kinds of TV, or even start a few of their own live channels, like education, technology (like ZDTV), and sports.

Steve knows now he was mistaken about convergence...it's going to happen. Your computer will be all in one: computer, TV, DVD, game console, telephone, and more.
