Hi. I used to use Live 365 to do live internet streaming of concerts that me and my friend play. I used MacAmp on my PowerBook, via the line in and everything worked nicely. Unfortunately I went to check out Live365 recently and they no longer let me stream for free. I have an internet concert planned for friday and I really need a way to stream internet radio LIVE to the world, and since we are starving artists, even the $4.95/month price is a bit steep, since we really do only. I will be streaming from a cable connection, and I usually do it at low bit rate that's good for 28.8 modem users. We had probably 50 listeners last time and we're hoping to double that this time. Is my bandwidth enough to serve that? Is there a way that I can get it to work? QTSS? Shoutcast? Thanks.

GHo onto hotline, and downlaod Realproducer Plus, it will let you encode in realtime to your HD, then you can dish your IP out to any of those hopefully 100 people who need to listen to your station, they will need realplayer though, if you need any more info or help, my ICQ is 106485393, and my email is thedeelitesite"yahoo.com, HTH
