hi folks, for you elura2 owners i have a question. i just bought an elura2 (i love it!) but when i press the record button in progressive scan, i get a small count on screen (10seconds) - i've read through the manual but find no mention, anyone know that this is about?

also, i'm looking for a really compact velcro type pouch for it, anyone with suggestions out there?

thanks

The 10 seconds thing is just there for the intial 10 secs and is merely informing you how long you have been filming. I don't think you can turn it off. At least, I can't find any option in the menus in the camera. I don't know if it has any real value though. . .

Small velcro pouches you could look for either regular camera pouches or any of the smaller video camera ones. Since the Elura2 is so small, I think any regular still camera pouch should work fine. I don't have any specific recommendations though.

I got a yellow slinky from Outpost.com
