Adding ID3 tags to mp3s

Is there an app that will add the ID3 tag to an already encoded mp3 provided of course the track name is in the title? I'm wondering about this because I just got a RioVolt cd/mp3 player(which royally kicks ass)and the mp3 dics I make from CDs I ripped in the last year with SoundJam that have ID3 tags work fine. The miscelanious mp3s that I ripped using SoundEdit 16 way back when or got off the net without ID3 tags work, but the tracks show up twice in the RioVolts catalog which is mildly annoying when selecting songs.
