PictureViewer uninstalled in 4.1.2?

When I upgraded to 4.1.2 it seems to have not installed Picture Viewer.

Is that the case? (Or am I just missing something? - like my mind)

It wasn't updated. If you deleted your old copy, use the Quicktime Updater to custom install QuickTime Still Image.
