MPEG 2 in 800x600 - is that possible?

hi, just need to know,...customes asks me for my animation in mpeg2 800x600 size, is it possible to encode mpeg 2 in this size? not just 720x576 PAL (or NTSC)? or in multiples of 16? (in MPEG1 cleaner says "size must be multiple of 16")
