I have a few questions about configuring my mac for QuickTime streaming. I really haven't dabbled in streaming video before because of my slow internet connection. But recently I've had DSL installed, so I figured I give it try. In the QuickTime Settings control panel, which connection speed should I select? There is no DSL option. What do the Streaming Transport and the Streaming Proxy do? Do I need to mess with these to get better performance? Is there anything else I need to do to increase the quaility of a live webcast? Any suggestions are welcomed.

Slick shoes?!! Are you crazy?!!
