In an earlier episode of South Park -of all shows- Mr. Garrison is about to have a
nose job. The Doctor directs him to a computer and switches it on. The first thing you hear is the chime and the fan. No other computer makes that sort of noise except an LCII or LCIII as well as the slow start up of the fan.
