I needed to get the iMac online with airport and since there are no airport card slots in this old version iMac, I needed to get a D-link USB to wireless adaptor. The adaptor only works with 10.2+ OS. Should ship today. there are probably posts all over the place regarding this process, but I just wanted to let you know it really does work well. I've read about how painfully slow the installation would be and how agonizingly slow apps would run, but I gotta tell ya; "It's doing just fine." My little old iMac is all growed up and running the latest software. I LOVE IT!
Installation of both disks; 2 hours.
6mb of video RAM
190mb of standard RAM
Waiting on D-link to ship and it supposedly has updated drivers for Mac OS so I'm looking forward to getting this bad boy on line. (gave it to kids and Tibook to wife as I'm waiting on Dual G5 BABY!)
