Love my iMacDV-Slotload, pamper it... feed it CD's, upgrade software
Run Office 2001, OS9.1, plenty of USB drivers, iTunes, Publications software.
Very few crashes
gotta love iTunes offering all the features of SoundJam MP FREE with some of the features in the pay version
no install problems...
Every thing works fine... Just thought I'd add that note... it's nice to freshen up the forums with something that's not a problem or a rant

Maybe I'm just lucky, but OS 9.1 ROCKS on my G4! It hasn't crashed once, it's faster, and it's hip and cool. I'm happy as a pig in sh!t with the new OS, and it's even given me about 1 fps in Quake.

Yeah... maybe I'm imagining it... but the OS [9.1] just *feels* faster

I've been reading everywhere reports from people saying that Mac OS 9.1 is faster than the previous system. At first I didn't notice any gain in speed, but now, after two days of use I'm beginning to see it - in many programs. For example: Sorting in most list programs is much faster and applications switching feels faster.

I've found these bugs:
Internet - can't switch between sets
Sound Sets - don't work

Very stable.
