Hello, me again.

I want to know how can I do to use a character knowing only the ascii code, for exaple the character <76> of the Webdings font.

well, that's one nice thing about having a copy of the #^#$@% no longer supported MS FoxPro around. I just ask:

?chr(76)

guess that doesn't help much.

I also keep the wonderful little utility Keyfinder around (from Moto 68K days) - with it's programmer mode - giving keys, symbols (in whichever font), etc.

Again, not helpful. have you searched version tracker for a shareware on terms like

ascii character convert ?

There's got to be several

Download Tex-Edit Plus. At the lower left corner of each window is a pop-up ASCII chart. Selecting a character on the chart enters the character into the editor. Selecting a character in the text shows the character in the chart. Great little editor.
