15" Studio display goes black on boot under 9.2.1

Ever since I installed 9.2.1, my 15" Studio Display (newer model with two feet) goes black (completely black, like a mode switch) during the boot process, right when extensions start to load. It doesn't come back until right before the multiple users login box comes up. I'm running on a G4 Cube with the ATI Radeon graphics card.

Anybody else seen this "problem" (it's not so much a problem as just bizarre, since the display works fine after boot)? Could this have something to do with the new ATI extensions in 9.2.1 that I've heard about?

I had the same problem. Just trash the "Apple Monitor Plugin Prefs" folder in your preferences and restart. This solved the problem for me.
