Disappearing DVD Player...

I installed OS 9.2.1 and my DVD Player was no longer listed under the Apple Menu. I went back to apple.com and downloaded DVD Player 2.7 and all seems fine now.


Anyone else having this problem?

All you need to do is copy the DVD player app from the Applications (Mac OS9) folder into the Apple Menu Items folder in your system folder. I like to get a copy of the Note Pad as well,(from the Apple Extras folder in Applications). Apple stopped putting Note Pad in the Apple Menu a few upgrades ago.
