Language kit for OS 9.1 +

Hi, I recently upgraded to OS 9.1 but don't have the CD thus no language kit. I would greatly appreciate if somebody out there could email me the Cyrillic language kit. (From the 9.1 or 9.2 CD).
I appreciate any help you cane provide.
