ANyone know what I need to access my files over the internet while I'm at work (where I am forced to use a Windows 98 macine.

I have a G4 with DSL.

I think that PCMacLan will allow you to use File Sharing over TCP/IP from your Mac. You could also use DAVE and File Sharing on the PC side. Both would require that you have a static IP address on your PC, and that your firewall at work will allow the connection.

A better soloution may be NetPresenz, a fully featured FTP server which you can access with any FTP client from the W98 machine.

Also note that you can download files from it using the built-in websharing. Just place all you want to access in your websharing directory, start websharing and that's it - you can downnload it via a webbrowser. Of course, this means that _anyone_ that knows your IP can access the data.
