iTunes - How to move library AND Playlists

I'm upgrading to a larger hard drive and would like to move my iTunes library and play lists to the new drive.

I know how to have iTunes recreate the library file list (using File->Add to Library), but how can you get it to recognize your old play lists?

Not sure how you plan to do it...however, iTunes>Menu Bar>Advanced>Export Song List provides options for moving your iTunes library to another drive/volume.

Since the iTunes Library is made up of aliases of songs on your HD, it would probably be simpler to copy your songs to the new HD and then add them to a fresh library.
