I recently upgraded my G4 (Gigabit) and Firewire iBook Special Edition to 9.2.1. Now, I get OCCASIONAL connections between my G4 software base station and the iBook.

The control strips on both computers show strong signals and I'm able to receive email on the iBook (the client). When I try to access web sites though I usually can connect to the first site I go to (and can continue to access links within that particular site. When I go to another, altogether new site though I RARELY can connect.

My guess (after reinstalling Airport and downgrading 9.2.1 to 9.0.4 through a restore) is that the DNS lookup being transmitted through AirPort is somehow not transposing the addresses. Am I right here? Does anyone have any thoughts on what I can do to rectify this frustrating situation?
