I recently installed Mac OS 9.0. I am also running Microsoft Excel 5.0 (actually the entire Office Suite). Whenever I try to run Excel, I get an error message about there not being enough memory. I have a Power Mac G3 (Beige) 266MHz with 132MB RAM. I can't be out of memory. I have increased the memory available for Excel to the max amount, but to no avail. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions.

Yes, I have exactly the same problem. I have checked Microsft and it appears that the "old" office suite is incompatible with OS9. There is as yet no sign of un upgrade or patch to resolve the problem....Purchasing a new MS Office does not appeal very much.
