So I was having trouble booting up, and I finally got back home from school where my OS 9 disk was. I booted up with it, and I changed Startup Disk's default to OS 9 (OS X was the one giving me the problem). Now I restart, and my background and all my fonts are different, and under the Apple menu, nothing is there but "About This Computer", and when I hit restart it says "A valid System Folder and Finder are not selected, you may not be able to reboot"...
So when I try to reinstall OS 9, a few minutes into it, it says "The file 'icon' on 'Machintosh HD' was unable to be accessed. Please move the file or delete it." I have no idea what that means and could not find any such file.
Any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
