I am having a reproducible problem. When I've got ATM (4.5.2 or 4.6.1) enabled I get a bomb just as ATM appears to be loading. I ran Conflict Catcher and it didn't catch anything.

If I remove the Control Panel the startup continues with no problem.

Before leaving for work today I removed the tilde (~) from the beginning of ATM to change its load order so we'll see.

Is anyone else having this crash?
