File Sharing Error 29

Heres the deal,

when the desktop comes up I get a file sharing error -29, if file sharing is off this does not occur. Also if ATM is disabled this doesn't occur but I'm not aware of a conflict with ATM and File sharing.

So any help or info that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated...

ATM conflicts with just about everything... its crap.
And its causing the problem...

Given that ATM is crap its the font manager we use here at Victorias Secret Catalouge...So I have no choice but to use it...is there maybe some kind of fix or something I can do to prevent this from happening?
