No Option to Increase Memory

I just installed more RAM, but can't increase the memory allocation for any programs.

Whenever I select a program, then FILE --> GET INFO, the only option that presents itself is GENERAL INFORMATION, even though MEMORY should be one of the options.

Any suggestions?

Make sure you're getting info on the application, not the folder or alias.
