You might get more responses if you posted this in one of the OS X forums.

Oh, btw, as long as you are a OS X user with administrative rights on the machine you should be able to drag the app or its enclosing folder to the trash.

The point is OS X Apps. Instal many thing, starting from framework, to kernel extensions, and I don't want to leave that behind when "draging and droping" the folder of the App. to the trash.

It's alot more that an application if its installing frameworks and especially kernel extensions.

The whole idea behind packages in OS X is that everything is neatly contained yet accessible. Control-click on a '.app' and select 'Show package contents' to see what I mean. Omniweb is a great example, everything is contained within the '.app' package which appears to be a single item from the outside.

If you do need to delete frameworks and kernel extension for whatever reason just dig in /Library or /System and find the ones that apply. As the vendor if they don't have an list what should be removed. I've only run into a few pieces of software (they were drivers naturally) that installed these things and both listed the components they installed in their documentation.
