type 11 error! help!

monitor and sound panel brings up type 11 error

my system is: 733 g4 (1 gig ram)
i use a second video card (an older ATi) for dual monitors but the problem is present without the card installed.
zapped pram, rebuilt desktop, blasted type 11 is impossible to find!


any suggestions?
