What are the options to disable the finder zoom rectangles?

There is no option built into the Finder to disable the zoom rectangles, but I'm pretty sure there are download-able solutions to this problem. Try www.macdownload.com .

Also, if you use the Kaleidoscope control panel for changing the OS appearance, you have an option in this control panel to turn off zoom rectangles, amoung other things.
