I work at a University and we currently have disburssed 30 new PB G4s to some of our faculty/staff.

The image for the PBs has OS 9.2.1 and we are running Office 2001. About 25% of those using the new G4s have been having major problems with their Entourage crashing. I suspect that it is a conflict with the OS.

Has anyone exprerienced this? Any solutions other than re-image with just 9.2 or 9.1?

I need an answer soon...it's a "Time is of the Essence" sort of thing!

I'm running OS9.2.1 and have office 2001 with entourage installed on my TiPB. No problems with crashing. Perhaps its some other extension conflict?

The MS website has some updaters for Office 2001, perhaps they might solve the problem? I won't know cos I installed all the updates before I ran my Office apps.

I will have to try that again. I am currently using a TiPB and have Entourage set with both an iMAP and a POP account, but have been unable to create the problem that the others have complained about.

I ran all updates for 2001 and that's why I thought maybe it was a 9.2.1 problem.
