Hi. I recently noticed something that I haven't heard anyone else mention. Navigation Services automatically lists the last ten most recent items in its "Recent Items" menu in Nav Services dialogue boxes. However, it seems to track the recent items by placing aliases in :System Folderreferences:Navigation Services:Recent Items, but it doesn't delete the items which are over 10 items old. I many programs which use Nav Services and my Recent Items folder had over 500 aliases! I'm not sure why it doesn't delete the old items, but if you use Nav Services a lot, you may want to delete the extraneous aliases once in a while to clear up disk space and clutter.
