Classic apps just quit on start...

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has ever had the problem of trying to run an app in classic and having it open and then just quit? (no warning window or nuthin' )

I see the icon and i see the bounce and then it just disapears.

I have just updated to OS X.1 and I am still runnign 9.1. I am a bit hesitaent to upgrade to 9.21 as I work on this machine and herd that there was some problems with it.

At any rate.... what causes applications to just quit on start when opening them in OS X???
