On the Apple System Profile App, when I go to the 'DEVICE AND VOLUMES' tab, for some reason the window's title bar collapses. Even when i use the keyboard short cut (command+2). I manually have to double click or un-collapse the title bar... does anyone have this weird phenomenon???

Apple System Profiler 'remembers' the window state and size for each of it's 'categories'.

Maybe you should trash your prefs and set each window's size for each category again.
