Does anyone know if data CDs that are made with Disc Burner can be read by Windows machines?

I don't know, but I highly doubt it. I'd say its in a Mac HFS format or something - theres one way to find out eh?

DB is crap anyway, I strongly suggest the use of Toast...

I just checked Apple TIL at http://til.info.apple.com/techinfo.nsf/artnum/N58804 and this is what it says in part:

"To create a CD that works with your Mac and other computers, choose the Standard format. This creates a hybrid disc that is both Mac OS Extended Format (HFS Plus) and ISO-9660 format. When used with older versions of the Mac OS, as well as other types of computer systems, it may appear as an ISO-9660 disc. "
