OS 9.1 fixes tabbed/pop-up windows

When changing resolutions, you may have noticed that the tabs of pop-up windows will get their tabs either extended more than necessary, or the text gets truncated.

OS 9.1 fixes this problem, the size of the tab stays consistent.
